We're going to have to make some late decisions on the team because we have bumps and bruises.

Garry Monk says several players are carrying injuries ahead of Blues' final match of the season against Reading, and they will need to undergo late fitness tests.

Central defenders Michael Morrison and Harlee Dean remain out, but Monk says other players will be also be omitted if he feels it could impact on their fitness during the pre-season break.

"We've probably picked up a few more injuries," said the Blues boss.

"We're going to have to make some late decisions on the team because we have bumps and bruises. We have players carrying injuries.

"It's been a huge ask for them this season with the size of the squad we've had.

“We want to finish strong and put in a performance, but there's also the bigger picture of next season and making sure that we don't carry anything through into pre-season.

"That's why some of the decisions have been made already in terms of players like Harlee and Morro.

“There are probably one or two more that could easily be in that situation.

"But whichever team goes out there knows what we are expecting and the fact that we want to try and finish this game with that unbeaten run and hopefully with a win."
