However, it was St. Andrew’s Catholic Primary School in Solihull. The Blues defender personally delivered tickets for Saturday’s match against Leeds United to every pupil in the school on Tuesday afternoon.
Kristian was given an overwhelming reception by the entire school as he visited every class to meet the children and give them their tickets. Kristian’s appearance was arranged as part of Blues’ Kick It Out activities that are taking place at St. Andrew’s Trillion Trophy Stadium at the weekend.
Kristian along with Beau Brummie spent the afternoon signing autographs and giving out various goodies to the Blues mad youngsters.
Fantastic renditions of Keep Right On bellowed out from the classrooms as Kristian made his way around the school. It was an afternoon to remember for the children of St. Andrew’s and one that Kristian will not forget too.
“It was amazing to come and meet the St. Andrew’s children,” said Kristian.
“It was overwhelming, the children are just Blues crazy. I’m really looking forward to seeing them all at the game on Saturday.”
