More than 60 delegates joined us in the International Suite before Blues’ match with Sheffield United, for an evening of business growth discussion, networking and football.  Delegates also enjoyed an executive finger buffet before hearing from the keynote panel.

Fabio Gardella from Blues Network Business Club Main Sponsors Pure Cloud Solutions kicked off the evening, speaking about their mobile offering.  Fabio also presented a short video, talking in greater detail on the benefits of using their business services.

The keynote panel, chaired by Professor Mark Gilman from Birmingham City University and featured Matt Holden-Jones – Director of HJ Wealth Planning, Wayne McCormack – Director of Zoo Accounting & Business Solutions Ltd and Tom Perry and Steven Reed from No5 Barristers Chambers, followed next.  During the keynote, the panel shared their thoughts on key trends and considerations for innovative business strategies, financial planning, legal considerations, effective accountancy and potential Brexit implications for UK businesses.

Matt Holden-Jones also discussed HJ Wealth Planning’s new initiative tool to help support business owners, the ‘entrepreneur club’.  You can find out more about the ‘entrepreneur club’ by clicking here.

Once the panel had concluded delegates enjoyed watching Blues take on Sheffield United from the comfort of the Kop executive area.

The next Blues Network event will be a golf event taking place at Edgbaston Golf Club on Wednesday 24 April, find out more here.
