Blues have enjoyed a successful campaign, currently fourth in the FA Women's Super League going into the last day.
They travel to Dorchester Town FC, kicking off on Saturday at 12:30pm, in line with the rest of the league.
Last time out, Blues enjoyed a 2-0 win over Liverpool at St. Andrew’s thanks to an Ellen White brace.
The striker, who turned 30 on Thursday, will be hoping to continue her goal scoring form having netted six times this season despite spending time on the side lines with injury.
And Blues will also be looking to extend their winning run to four games, with a final win this season.
After bagging three consecutive wins, manager Marta Tejedor was awarded the LMA Manager of the Month award for April.
Tejedor said: “In a team sport, receiving an individual award is not always so fair. So for me, this is not my award, it’s our team’s award because of the job we have done this month.”
She has already led Blues to victory against Yeovil, in the FA Cup, with a 3-1 win. While in the reverse fixture, they convincingly beat their opponents 2-1.
There are just two points separating the Blues and Chelsea, so a third placed finish is still possible.
Chelsea travel to Reading, while Blues will have to beat Yeovil to stand any chance of leapfrogging Emma Hayes’ side.
