Tommy Reunited with Morro and Gary

Brilliant to see you Tommy!

In January 2019, young Bluenose Tommy Plant was fighting for his life in Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

Three months later in April 2019, Tommy was back at St. Andrew’s and reunited with his Blues friends.

The seven-year-old suffered a cardiac arrest and was in a coma for three days. The Kings Norton youngster defied the odds and was amazingly discharged from hospital a few weeks later.

During Tommy’s recovery, he had a home visit from Michael Morrison and Gary Gardner. Last week, the Club invited Tommy and his family as VIP guests to the Leeds United match.

And what a day it was! Tommy met up with Michael and Gary prior to kick-off and even enjoyed a kick-about on the St. Andrew’s pitch with Craig Gardner.

Brilliant to see you Tommy!
