This is not an easy time for anyone and as the situation continues to evolve, we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our employees by closely monitoring the changing Government guidelines and following them accordingly.
For online orders, we are currently unable to offer collection from our store as our customers’ health and wellbeing remain our first priority.
We have also been advised that delivery may take to 5-10 working days through the trackable courier service, DPD.
In-store returns are currently unavailable. Online orders can be returned by post using the returns address at the bottom of the invoice for an exchange or refund. We have further extended our returns policy to 100 days.
