Changes to operational structure

The Club is to put in place new measures in regard to operational practices as we continue to respond to the Coronavirus crisis.

These will reflect the seriousness of the current pandemic and are designed to help protect the health and well-being of all staff, supporters and clients.

From tomorrow the St. Andrew's Trillion Trophy Stadium will be operating with a skeleton staff in all departments.

Members of the Club's Management Team will be on site to help ensure as smooth a running as possible of activities.

Where possible staff will also work from home.

The Blues Store in Cattell Road has already been closed to the public but supporters can shop online.

Supporters can still pick up online orders from the Store as long as they notify by email Blues.direct@bcfc.com.

Senior Management from Birmingham City Community Trust will be based at St. Andrew's with other staff working from home.

As per guidelines issued by the FA, Premier League and EFL, all Community Trust fixtures, Junior Blues training and Development Centres are suspended until at least 3 April.

Other programmes delivered by the Trust, including Kicks, the Pan-Disability Team fixtures and training, have also been cancelled until further notice.

The Community Trust will continue to deliver its Schools Coaching Programme, subject to each individual schools discretion.

These measures will be in place for the foreseeable future but are also subject to ongoing review.
