The 41-year-old initially moved to St. Andrew's on a one-month contract during a defensive injury crisis in 2012. But his impressive displays saw him rewarded with a longer-term deal.
He was later appointed as captain and went on to make 175 appearances in royal blue; including winning the Club's Player of the Year award for 2013/14.
He finally hung up his boots at the end of the 2017/18 season, having made more than 760 appearances over a 22-year professional playing career.
Robinson, who has a UEFA A Licence, then moved full-time into the coaching side of the game as he assisted Blues Under-23s during the 2018/19 campaign.
He was later appointed as Lead Professional Development Coach in June 2019, and as part of his duties he took charge of Blues Under-18s.
Robbo leaves the Club with the thanks of all those who worked with him and we wish him every success in the future.
