For our valued season ticket holders, we have been working on ways to help you feel close to the team, show your support and make the most of the credit that remains on your season ticket from the unplayed games.
The first option is for men’s season ticket holders that will bring all nine of Blues remaining Championship matches directly to your living room through BluesTV. By selecting this option you’ll be supporting the Club both on and off the field and is the only way to watch all of our remaining games.
During the past few weeks, we’ve received many emails and social media posts from Bluenoses contacting us on how they can support the Club through this financially difficult period. Your backing is hugely appreciated by players and staff and to get through this situation caused by the pandemic we need you more than ever.
With this in mind, we’re also giving you the option of donating your credit to the Birmingham City Men’s and Women’s Academy programmes and helping to develop future players.
However, we also understand that this pandemic has left many supporters in financial hardship so donating towards the Club might not be possible. Alternatively, there is an option to apply a credit to your account towards a 2020/21 season ticket or, in the eventuality that next season is behind closed doors, a 2021/22 season ticket.
Whichever choice you decide on, we are grateful for your support this season and can’t wait to welcome you back to the stands for Blues matchdays when it is safe to do so again.
Men's season ticket holders
The options for men’s season ticket holders and half-season ticket holders are:
Match ticket purchasers
For individual match ticket purchasers, the options are:
Women's season ticket holders
In addition, due to the early termination of the Women’s Super League, we are offering two compensation options for Blues Women season ticket holders.
For Blues Women season ticket holders, the options are:
Corporate hospitality members, mascot packages, birthday parties and celebration packages will be contacted directly with information on their compensation options.
Whilst we appreciate ticket purchasers selecting one of the above options, supporting the Club financially, and getting behind the men’s team as they aim to finish the season strongly, there is also an option for eligible purchasers to claim a cash refund by completing the attached form for season ticket holder or the attached form for match ticket purchasers and posting back to St. Andrew’s Trillion Trophy Stadium.
If you haven’t claimed your compensation by 30th June 2020, then you will automatically be applied a credit towards your next Birmingham City season ticket or match ticket.
Please note: supporters must log in to their online ticketing account to make their selection. Only one selection is valid per client reference number. Supporters are able to assign additional ticket holders compensation as long as they are part of the supporter’s online network. For supporters who select the BluesTV voucher code, the voucher can take up to two working days to be processed and arrive in supporters inboxes. We advise making your selection well in advance of a matchday to ensure minimal disruption. All voucher codes are non-transferable and hold no cash value. We reserve the right to refuse a voucher code which we deem has been transferred or purchased. BluesTV terms and conditions apply for supporters who select the BluesTV option. Ticketing terms and conditions apply for supporters selecting the ticket credit option. Options are unable to be changed once they have been confirmed. The Club reserves the right to change the refund conditions or process at any given point.
Supporters are reminded that the Ticket Office is currently available for online transactions only and therefore there may be a delay in responding to emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Ticket Office phone lines are currently closed.
