Following the national lockdown restrictions announced by the government, the Blues Store will remain closed until further notice.
Supporters can still use the 'Click and Collect' service to place orders, in addition to home delivery.
The Blues Store will operate 'Click and Collect' on selected days with availability found at the checkout.
Supporters will be able to select a time slot to collect their order and are asked to pick up their orders as close to their booked time slot as possible.
Supporters must ensure they have received a confirmation email from the Blues Store that their order is ready to collect before travelling.
All orders must be pre-ordered and paid for prior to collection, as no entry is permitted into the store as per lockdown rules.
During this period, the Blues Store will be operating with a reduced number of staff, meaning a longer time frame for delivery is expected.
The Tracked 24 service is currently suspended until further notice. However, the Blues Store will still be operating a Tracked 48 service (3-5 working days) through Royal Mail.
Please allow extra time for responses to email enquiries as the Blues Store is operating with a limited number of staff.
Under the current regulations, the Blues Store is unable to accept returns in person, therefore any returns should be sent back via postal services.
The Club will be following the government's guidance closely, and will open when it is safe to do so.
