Blues Women trio receive Ireland call-up

Blues Women’s Louise Quinn, Lucy Quinn and Jamie Finn have been named in Ireland’s squad for their upcoming international break.
The trio will start the camp with a friendly against Philippines on Sunday 19 June before travelling to take on Georgia in a FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifier on Monday 27 June.
Vera Pauw’s side currently sit third in their group, having played a game less than most of the group and two games less than group leaders Sweden.
Victory against Georgia would see the Girls in Green climb into second place, a spot that at the conclusion of the group stage, would secure play-off spot.
