Frequently Asked Questions for season ticket holders.

What are the key deadlines for 2021/22 season tickets?  

The season ticket renewal window runs from Thursday 27 May until 5pm on Monday 28 June. Season ticket holders that do not renew before the renewal deadline will be able to purchase a season ticket at the Early Bird price until Saturday 17 July.

New season ticket holders can purchase during the Early Bird window from Friday 4 June until Saturday 17 July. After this date, the season ticket prices will increase. 

How do I purchase a season ticket?

Season tickets can be purchased, online, in person at the Ticket Office located in the KOP or over the phone by calling 0121 772 0101 (option 2).

I am unable to log in, what should I do?

Ensure you are attempting to log into the correct area of the website. The correct area is the e-ticketing part of the site ( and using your ticketing log in details. If you are still unable to log in, click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link and follow the onscreen instructions.

Can I use my Blues Loyalty points against the cost of my season ticket?

Yes, Blues Loyalty points can be redeemed against the cost of a season ticket.

How do I use my loyalty points?

Loyalty points can be redeemed in person at the Ticket Office or over the phone.

Blues Loyalty members have until Midnight on Saturday 31 July to spend their remaining Loyalty points, any remaining balances after this date will be wiped.

Is there a finance option this year for season tickets?

Yes, there is a finance option for purchasing season tickets through the Club’s finance partner, V12.

Can I pay for my Season Ticket in instalments?

Yes. V12 Finance will be offering supporters the opportunity to spread their Season Ticket payments across 8 months.

I have season ticket credit, can I use this against my new season ticket?

Yes, season ticket credit can be used against the cost of your new season ticket.

Credit can be redeemed in person, over the phone or online. Your credit should come off the total price automatically online at check out. Should you experience any difficulties, please drop the Ticket Office an email or call 0121 772 0101 option 2.

How do I apply for finance?

You can apply for finance by selecting the option online or alternatively speak to the staff to apply for finance at the Ticket Office in person or over the phone.

What happens if I am not able to attend due to games being played behind closed doors?

Any games missed due to Covid will be credited back to you to use on ticketing products. Further details can be found in the season tickets T&C’s.

Will I receive a season ticket card as in previous years?

When you purchase your season ticket online, you will receive a QR code/digital ticket via email which can be used to grant access to the stadium via your smartphone’s wallet app.          

How do I use a digital ticket?

Your digital ticket will be sent to you via email. Once you have received the email, please follow the instructions. Once you have your ticket in your digital wallet you can now present this at the turnstiles to attend the match.

I usually sit in the lower Kop or lower Tilton, can I still do this for the upcoming campaign?

No, due to ongoing work to the lower Kop and lower Tilton stands you will be unable to sit in your usual seat this season.  However, you will be able to switch your seat to a different area of the stadium.

When can I move back to my seat?

You will be able to relocate back to your original seat once the stand is safe to reopen. You will be notified of the process when the time comes.

Is my original seat safe?

Yes. No other supporter will be able to purchase your seat until you have been given a window to relocate back.

What age qualifies for a senior ticket?

To qualify for a Senior Citizen ticket, you must be 65 or over on 1 August 2021.

Where can I get a free under 11 ticket?

You can redeem a free under 11 season ticket in the family area. The cost for an under 11 season ticket in all other areas is £50.

How do I buy multiple season tickets in the same transaction online?

In order to book multiple season tickets online, you must add each supporter to your network. In order to do this, please log into

Once you have logged in please select the ‘My account’ button in the right-hand corner of the screen. You will then need to select ‘Network’ in the drop-down options. Next select ‘Add Members’ then enter their member number (client reference) and surname. This will then bring up their profile, assuming all details are correct.

You can now add them to you network by simply selecting the ‘Add Member’ button. You should then get a green tick and a message to confirm that the person has been added to your network. Repeat necessary steps for additional members if required.

How do I access the Men’s and Women’s dual season ticket offer?

When purchasing or renewing your men’s season ticket, add this to the basket. Now go back and add a women’s season ticket to your basket, selecting the half-price offer.

Will I still get my away membership?

Details on this will be confirmed in due course. Your Away Membership will be based off the number of away fixtures assigned to your client reference number in the 2019/20 season.

Will I be able to attend away games?

This is dependent on the Government guidance at the time the 2021/22 season begins. This is subject to change.

What will happen if fixtures are played with a reduced capacity?

Details on this will be confirmed at the time. Tickets will be allocated fairly, to ensure all season ticket holders are given an equal opportunity to attend home fixtures.

I’ve purchased a season ticket for both the Men and Women’s teams, how do I receive my scarf?

Details of how supporters can redeem this offer will be released in due course.

What matches are included in 2021/22?

All home league fixtures for the upcoming 2021/22 Sky Bet Championship campaign. This excludes any additional home cup ties that may take place.

Disability FAQ’s

What paperwork do I need to produce for my season ticket?

Before an Ambulant & Carer or Wheelchair & Carer ticket can be processed, you will need to email a copy of one of the following forms of disability paperwork to

  • Middle rate care/highest rate mobility of Disability Living Allowance (DLA), War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement or Personal Independence Payments (PIP).
  • Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance.
  • War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance or War/Service Disablement Pension or 80% or more disability.
  • Blind or partially sighted registration certificate.
  • Letter from a Doctor explaining why a carer ticket is required.

Updated paperwork needs to be seen at the start of every season.

Do I get a free carer ticket?

Yes. Provided one of the above forms of paperwork has been sent to the Ticket Office.

Can I get a disabled car parking space?

Spaces are currently fully allocated; however, you can join the waiting list if you meet all the following criteria:

  • Current season ticket holder
  • Currently receiving enhanced daily living and enhanced mobility of PIP or highest rate care and highest rate mobility of DLA
I need to relocate from the Kop Wheelchair spaces, where can I relocate to?

There is availability in the Gil Merrick and West Paddock Wheelchair areas for you to relocate to. The Tilton is currently unavailable, but if spaces become free later you can relocate there too. Please contact the Ticket Office to do so.

I am an ambulant supporter. Where can I sit?

As an ambulant supporter, you can sit in any of the available home areas of the stadium with your carer, provided you can access the seats safely. You will be subject to the relevant price category in the stand you have chosen.
