Frequently Asked Questions

The season ticket renewal window runs from Tuesday 24 May until 5pm Saturday 2 July. Early bird prices will be available for new season ticket holders until 5pm on Saturday 9 July.

Season Tickets can be purchased online, in person at the Ticket Office located in the Kop or over the phone by calling 0121 772 0101 (option 2).

Both seats, your current and old one, are reserved for you. The seats where you relocated will be available to purchase up until the renewal deadline. Your original seat will continue to be reserved for you until the stand is reopened and you will then be given a window to relocate.

You will be able to relocate back to your original seat once the stand is reopened. You will be given a relocation window to relocate back to your seat in the lower tiers.

Yes. No other supporter will be able to purchase your seat until you have been given a window to relocate back.

Yes, you can find out more about Season Ticket finance through the Club’s finance partner V12 here. Please note, that you can only take up this option by purchasing online, and your application is subject to a credit check. You can apply for finance by selecting the option online and completing the application form.

Yes, V12 Finance will be offering supporters the opportunity to spread their Season Ticket payments across 8 months.

V12 Retail Finance will contact you to arrange an alternative form of payment. If you are unable to pay within 14 days, your Season Ticket may be cancelled, and no refunds will be due. Your Season Ticket cannot at this point be reactivated. Prior to this, our partners will always attempt to call and send a letter to advise that your payment has failed and how to make an alternative payment.

Yes, this can be done by contacting V12 Retail Finance to make the necessary arrangements. There is no charge for paying off any outstanding balance early.

Yes, Season Ticket credit can be used against the cost of your new Season Ticket.

Supporters will have the choice to either select a season card or a digital ticket. All Season Ticket holders will be provided with a season pack this season

Your digital ticket will be sent to you via email. Once you have received the email, please follow the instructions to either add this to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Once you have your ticket in your digital wallet you can now present this at the turnstiles to attend the match.

To qualify for a Senior Citizen ticket, you must be 65 or over on 1 August 2022.

To qualify for a free Under 13 season ticket you must be able to provide paperwork confirming the age of the child. This can be in the form of a passport or birth certificate.

If you are purchasing season tickets over the phone, you must send the documents to our Ticket Office email at ticket.office@bcfc.com and a member of staff will be able to confirm this information.

Alternatively, if you are purchasing in person at the Ticket Office, you can simply bring the paperwork for verification at the time of purchase.

In order to book multiple season tickets online, you must add each supporter to your network. In order to do this, please log into www.eticketing.co.uk/bcfc.

Once you have logged in please select the ‘My Account’ button in the right-hand corner of the screen. You will then need to select ‘Network’ in the drop-down options. Next select ‘Add Members’ then enter their member number (client reference) and surname. This will then bring up their profile, assuming all details are correct.

You can now add them to your network by simply selecting the ‘Add Member’ button. You should then get a green tick and a message to confirm that the person has been added to your network. Repeat necessary steps for additional members if required.

Ensure you are attempting to log into the correct area of the website. The correct area is the e-ticketing part of the site (https://www.eticketing.co.uk/bcfc/Events/Index) and using your ticketing log in details. If you are still unable to log in, click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link and follow the onscreen instructions.

Details on this will be confirmed in due course. Your Away Membership will be based on the number of away fixtures assigned to your client reference number during the 2021/22 season.

All home league fixtures for the upcoming 2022/23 Sky Bet Championship campaign. This excludes any additional home cup ties that may take place.

Due to the high volume of calls and demand for renewing season tickets, you can purchase/renew season tickets online through the e-ticketing website (Season Tickets List - Online ticket office (eticketing.co.uk).                 

Disability FAQ’s

Before an Ambulant & Companion or Wheelchair & Companion ticket can be processed, you will need to email a copy of one of the following forms of disability paperwork to ticket.office@bcfc.com:


· Middle rate care/highest rate mobility of Disability Living Allowance (DLA), War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement or Personal Independence Payments (PIP)

· Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance

· War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance or War/Service Disablement Pension or 80% or more disability

· Blind or partially sighted registration certificate

· Letter from a Doctor explaining why a carer ticket is required.

*Updated paperwork needs to be seen at the start of every season.

Following EFL guidance the Club is required to keep all information up to date, and in case your requirements change over time.

Yes, provided one of the above forms of paperwork has been sent to the Ticket Office.

Spaces are currently fully allocated; however, you can join the waiting list if you meet all the following criteria:


· Season ticket holder for the 2022/23 season

· Currently receiving enhanced daily living and enhanced mobility of PIP or highest rate care and highest rate mobility of DLA

The club currently has two drop off/pick up points at St. Andrew’s. The locations are as follows:

· Kop Car Park - outside the Kop Reception.

· Main Stand Car Park – at the front of the car park once entered through the Garrison Lane gates

As an ambulant supporter, you can sit in any of the available home areas of the stadium with your companion. If you have any specific requirements, please raise this with the Ticket Office who will try their best to assist you.

Both seats are reserved for you. The seat which you relocated to for the 2021/22 season will be available to purchase until the renewal deadline. Your original seat in the lower Kop or lower Tilton will continue to be reserved for you until the stand is reopened. Supporters will then be given a sufficient period of time to return to their original seats

All ambulant tickets are priced the same as each relevant area.

Your companion can still attend the match, but they would need to upgrade their ticket.

Yes, you can purchase your disability season ticket through the finance scheme.

Yes, you can purchase additional tickets in the area you are located in, but this is subject to availability.
