The Scottish forward joined an undisclosed fee from Celtic in July 2021.
A direct and purposeful attacker, Ewens, can occupy various forward positions and was Blues’ third summer signing after the arrivals of Jade Pennock and Louise Quinn.
In nearly a century of appearances for the Hoops across four years, Ewens found the net on an amazing 64 occasions as she averaged a goal every 1.53 matches.
During the 2019 season, she was not only Celtic’s leading scorer but managed to find the net against every side in the Scottish Women’s Premier League.
In her last term north of the border, Ewens helped fire Celtic to qualification for the UEFA Women’s Champions League, as in the league they finished second only to a Glasgow City side managed by her former Head Coach at Blues, Scott Booth.
Prior to playing in Glasgow, Ewens was a standout performer for both Hibernian and Spartans, winning the Women’s Scottish Cup and Scottish Women’s Premier League Cup with the Hibees in 2016.
She has also represented Scotland at both the Under-17s and Under-19s age groups, making a total of 16 appearances.
